Cancellations by Ellie Creative: In the rare event that Ellie Creative must cancel a project, any unused portion of fees paid (excluding work already completed) will be refunded.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed work or digital files delivered. All sales of digital services are final.

Ellie Creative is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our website or services.
